This is not a conference you sit through — it’s an experience you’re meant to be part of.

Sneak Peek: What We’ll Explore Together

REACH is thoughtfully designed to meet survivors where they are — offering practical tools, reflection, and honest conversation about life after cancer.

Across the weekend, sessions will explore topics such as:

  • Navigating life after treatment — redefining “normal” and moving forward with intention

  • Caring for your whole self — physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing in survivorship

  • Managing long-term and late effects of cancer and its treatment

  • Advocating for your needs within healthcare and daily life

  • Grief, identity shifts, and resilience — naming the parts of survivorship that often go unspoken

  • Connection and community — learning from shared experience and collective wisdom

Sessions will include a mix of expert-led talks, guided reflection, and interactive discussion — creating space not just to learn, but to process and connect.

A detailed agenda and speaker lineup will be shared with registered participants closer to the event.

Pay-What-You-Can Registration (New This Year)

This year, we are offering Pay-What-You-Can registration.

REACH requires significant investment — from food and venue costs to speaker honoraria, materials, planning, and staff time. At the same time, we believe cost should not be a barrier to survivorship education and community.

With this model:

  • You choose what you can contribute

  • A minimum $20 contribution is required to confirm your seat and support event costs

  • We ask that you select an amount that reflects both your circumstances and your commitment to showing up fully

This approach helps ensure participants are invested in the experience, while keeping REACH accessible.

Event Value & Transparency

The full REACH experience is valued at $300+ per participant, based on:

  • Two days of programming and facilitation

  • Food and refreshments

  • Materials and swag

  • Post-event content access

We are able to offer the Pay-What-You-Can model thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, who help offset event costs and make this gathering possible.

If you’re able to give closer to the full value — or beyond — your contribution helps sustain REACH and future survivorship programming through Going Beyond the Pink.

No explanation is required. Simply choose what feels right for you.

Important Notes

  • Space is limited, and registration is required to attend

  • Your contribution confirms your commitment and helps us plan responsibly

  • All registered participants will receive event details and portal access closer to the symposium date

We’re honored to gather with you at REACH.

Minimum contribution: $20. Contributions are non-refundable and directly support REACH and Going Beyond the Pink’s survivorship programs.
